Prosperity Cheques

hahahaha.... was sent this today by a friend... a little background - Ralph Klein is the Premiere of Alberta (Canada) and his prvince is rich with oil. so rich in fact, that the government has eliminated the debt (not the deficit, the actual debt!) and can afford to send out cheques to every man, woman and child in the province. The cheques were for a little over $400.... here is one person's perspective - custom cheques, "signed" by Premiere Klein - good stuff :-)
