Shaw Limiting P2P?

Sent to me by an ex-SHAW employee was this discussion on a DSLReports Forum. Looks like things are heating up for tech support people at Shaw... savvy users are figuring out that Shaw is limiting their P2P bandwidth and either not owning up to the network changes or simply bullshitting that they do not know what the problem is.... great discussion for those of you who are wondering why your bandwidth sucks worse than normal..... giv'em shit.
